  • Do you have questions about your order? We'll need your ORDER NUMBER when you message us. 

 

  • Do you have stamp issues or warranty needs? Let us know the engraving on the side of your stamp, what the issue is, and email us a photo of both the engraved side AND the issue with the stamp. 

 

  • If you have a shipping error, please let us know your order number, what stamp you should have received, and what stamp you did receive. We'll also as you about your packing slip -- so have that handy!
